Are there deeper cuts when you rush as a a sophomore even if you stay involved in clubs and service projects and if you make good grades? I just don’t want to waste my time! Pls give honest opinions

There is a separate quota for upperclassmen so you are not competing with freshmen. If you have good grades in college as well as involvement then that is a very good start. You can see the GPA's of the different sororities to tell where you would stand with them. The very best way to help your recruitment is to get to know sorority members in houses who will speak for you and support you during recruitment. And you still need recs as a sophomore.
