old row pledging

When do the new boys in old row houses start pledging? I know rush technically hasn't started with fraternities, but once boys take bids from certain houses and move to campus, don't those fraternities pretty much own them??

Looks like there's been a lot going on at DKE the past few days... maybe their new boys are already catching hell ...but no surprise there.
