The top girls seemed to pledge two distinctly different types of houses.
One half focused on sisterhood and involvement/grades and that’s why AGD, XO AND AXO has such great classes.
Zeta and APHi also got great classes from the other half of the girls focusing on “looks” houses. (Not sure what happened with Phi Mu - they were a little off this year).
The houses that had the most disappointing classes are the ones that don’t really fall into either an involved/sisterhood house or a looks house:
PBP, KD, GPB, etc

It was definitely a down year for KKG and KD and to a lesser extent DDD. It just seemed like a lot more girls were looking for substance this year. I get what the OP is saying and there’s nothing wrong with it.

Just cause you’re rich and pretty does not mean you’ll be a good sister. There may have been a time when Mountain Brook breeding would make you a good sister, but times have changed! There are smart, dedicated, beautiful girls from every area of the state- and country for that matter. KD and other sororities like it need to figure this out!!!

Not just those 3 sororities. Top girls pledged/split top sororities like always.
