I’m sure you are a wonderful person! Rush is so mean and it doesn’t define your worth! I honestly can’t believe rush is still a thing in 2019. It’s gonna be hard for a little while, but it will get easier I promise. Try to get out with friends when invited and network! I’m sure you will find so many other people in a variety of groups and have a blast. I’m sorry that you feel isolated but you will find your happy place soon!

I was terrified during recruitment and could barely talk to anyone. I was cut by all. I was hurt, but I immediately focused on getting involved in a lot of activities I enjoyed. Because these activities were what I wanted to do, I was not nervous and could be myself. Through these activities I met several sorority sisters that invited me to participate in COB. I visited a couple of houses and I pledged one.

Just focus on enjoying all Bama has to offer. But, make sure you bring up your grades to show you can do well performing at the college level. Sign up for Spring COB and go through recruitment next year. You will know girls on the Greek system by then and might have an advantage over other PNMs.

@No way - you are an uneducated ignoramus who uses 'must of' instead of 'must have.' Your GPA obviously stopped in middle school.
