by: CheckI’m so happy for theta with their new house. They did get a better pledge class that usual, however they still and always will be bottom tier. If it wasn’t for SK, they’d be the bottom of the bottom.

So weird to see others try to push Theta to the very bottom. The truth can easily be seen ln grade reports that they are not. Several houses are much smaller than them. Lots have worse GPAs. Several others lost a lot more members through retention issues. Several others took a lot of COBs.
Most likely, the person saying this is someone from a house that had all of the above issues and is trying hard to put Theta at the bottom in hopes we do not realize it is their house. Or, sometimes it is just a machine rep saying this because they want the one sorority that did not join the machine to be on the bottom.
Everyone that goes to Bama knows Theta is not a bottom house. You can review the grade reports to find out which ones that are.
