new row 2019 ranks (& explanations)

Zeta-like the past few years, got their “type” of girls. Did pretty much the same compared to their last PC. I hate ranking them 1 in NR bc they’re over hyped but they do get the best NR girls...
Pi phi- got the same mix of cute and peppy and not so cute and peppy they have been getting. Also did pretty much the same compared to last year, maybe a little worse. It’ll take a lot more than a weak-ish PC to move them down much though.
DZ- got a good looking pledge class that would have typically gone to other NR houses so it’s bringing them up in NR ranking. Did much better than last year.
ADPi- still kind of a random mix of really pretty and not so pretty girls. Overall didn’t do as well as other years.
GPhi- TRYING to become Zeta with the girls they’re getting but still not relevant enough. Still Improvement from their earlier PCs though.
DG- still doesn’t have a “type” of girl to them. They had a better looking PC last year though.
APhi- beginning to bounce back from last years PC with this new one. Still not zeta sorry tho. Did better than last year.
Theta- people are hyping them up on here but they’re still struggling in the looks department. Much better than last year of course- interested to see if they’ll keep a fairly high GPA.
AOPi- I feel like this house is in state girls that get dropped from OR and a lot of OOS. Not saying their PC 18 was drop dead gorgeous, but PC 19 is not as great as their last one.
SK- ok of course they’re gonna be ranked last. Nothing against them but they have every disadvantage in rush. I saw bid day pics- I don’t think it was anybody’s top choice.
