Adpi is way too high and APhi still too high. Improving but needs a lot more improvement to be solid mid tier!

Written by Adpi. Wishful thinking on their part. Agree that DDD should be higher. GPhi should move up once and for all and DZ and Theta are now tops of lower tier. Good job for DZ and Theta.
