put an end to ranks

What I think is the most important take away from this years recruitment is that there are lots of really great women coming to Bama and going forward, all of our houses will be terriffic. We should but down ranks and just recognize that we are all great. Our future is to define what a great Greek community looks and acts like. This year, instead of focusing on who you know, our houses focused on who you are. Instead of focusing on how much your parents brought to the table, we focused on your accomplishments and what you will bring to the table. We want the smart girls who are leaders now and will be leaders in the future. Roll Tide!
