Your 'chances' of getting your top 2 back depend on how many you had at sisterhood. It's just statistical probability. As for pref, more than half get their #1 house, but there is no way to predict how it will go for you because it all depends on how high you are on your #1's bid list. There is no crystal ball.

Does going back to just 2 pref houses increase your odds of getting first choice as opposed to the old system of 3 houses ?
