phi mu philanthropy

Phi mus philanthropy isn’t uadm but maybe you would know that if you didn’t get dropped after the first round

so their philanthropy is children’s miracle network, which is the same thing uadm benefits. don’t let the uadm themed philanthropy round fool you, they ARE NOT involved in uadm whatsoever. have like one girl on staff and fundraise to keep appearances but cut ties after uadm wouldn’t just give leadership positions to their girls. they literally had three girls at the most recent main event. so so so fake.

i was at their philanthropy today so i’m going slit a few facts
1. their philanthropy is cmnh
2. parents weekend was that weekend
3. they raised the most money there
4. they have girls that are staff for uadm
every sorority is great but it’s important to know the facts of each and not just stereotype

There were quite a few themes this year that were beyond a stretch. I don’t hate KD at all but the disco theme was a huge miss for me given that one of their philanthropies is preventing child abuse. Imagine if zeta did that with breast cancer awareness, or alpha chi with domestic violence?? Alpha gams was bad too, although they at least made the effort to tie it in with “blasting hunger.” Gphi’s confused me at first but their philanthropy is basically women empowerment so the superwoman theme kinda made sense.

Also, yeah, phi mu has very little involvement with UADM and is beaten out in both fundraising and involvement every year by other houses. The DM theme is just convenient because it’s cute and fun.

Kinda makes me wonder if we’re eventually going to have some sort of panhellenic mandated guidelines.

Weird how other sororities are raising more money for phi mu’s philanthropy then they are.....
