Biggest debate on campus - what tier is AGD? I think they’re second tier, but some think possibly top tier. What do you guys think?

Top, lower top if we’re getting specific. High grades, high return rates, loooong tradition on campus. Considered top 3 until recently which will probably blow some OOS minds. They have definitely suffered with OOS growth since they’re pretty nonexistent outside of the south and some PNMs don’t want to pledge a house they’ve never heard of.

Depends if you’re southern or OOR. northern and west coast girls would 100% rate ZTA and PiPhi over Agd. Southern traditional girls would prefer AGD tho
