cuts after philanthropy?
by: pnmAre the cuts after philanthropy as bad as the ones after IWTs? how many houses could I get back if I didn’t have a completely full schedule for philanthropy?

Look at it this way: at the end of the day, you're only going to end up in one sorority, so even if you drop all the way down to 2, if those 2 like you all the way to pref, bam, you've got the max # again. So yes cuts suck but at the end of the process all it takes is one.

Also, focus on the houses you do have left each round. I know it feels bad in the moment to have less houses than other PNMs, but at the end of the week, it’s better to be the girl who had fewer houses each round and liked all of them, than the girl who had the max every round but ends up prefing a house she can’t see herself in. As long as you have houses left that you like and can see yourself in, the total number doesn’t matter.
