when do most pnm's drop out of recruitment totally?

by: Pnm2

It seems like many girls got cut from houses they thought were their safe houses. (Even with high Gpa's, recs, etc.) During which round of cuts do most PNM's drop out of recruitment when they don't get back the cards they are expecting? Seems like cut for philanthropy were brutal.

Sorry PNMs, but approx half of you, over 1000 are going to wind up in NR houses. We tried to tell you that the houses pick who joins them, you have little say.

Here is the good news: all houses are fantastic here at Bama. All have georgeous mansions that would easily be the "best house" anywhere else. Most are the best house within their natl sorority.

All have amazing parties, swaps, philanthropy, sisterhood, game day events. This is the best greek life in the country. Most have been here a long time and are fully integrated into evetything that makes this Greek life so great.

BUT you can believe GR and be that self-important person who drops out for a whole year, missing out on all the fun stuff and not meeting awesome women who are potential best friends, OR you can join the one house still there on bid day that actually wanted you the most and offers you the best chance to have an awesome Greek experience here.\n\n\n\n\n

Apologizing to girls for “ending up” in new row houses. News flash some girls truly prefer new row. Sorry lost me after that sentence

Old row is good if you are never leaving Alabama. Some of these have their only - I mean best (flagship) house - at bama and their alums do everything in their power not to lose this one best chapter. Phi Mu, AGD fit this description. To a lesser extent AXO, KD, ZTA, ADPi, DG.

If you are oos, "new row", generally, is a better choice.

The Phi Mu chapter at Auburn is stronger than the Bama chapter

It's true for AGD, though.

@new row, agree with you except for DG. In fairness they are still pretty new at Bama but this is definitely not their flagship/best house. I’m from the west coast and they’re one of the top houses at a lot of schools back home (Arizona, USC, and Oregon for example). The DG house here is lower mid tier at best

Both phi mu and alpha gam are strongest at Auburn.

Yeah, I agree. The old row houses aren’t that big nationally. Where I’m from, there’s like, one Phi Mu chapter and hardly any AGD except at super small schools. New Row houses are much more popular where I’m from, so I’m good!
