once again - where do you fit

Sororities here have 400 plus members (most do) and yes, there are different type girls in each. There are smart girls, involved girls, partying ones, etc. in every sorority.

BUT, here are the real facts here and you can put your own opinion if you wish. I have tried to be accurate and not biased.

Aopi- has a pretty new house and is a good chapter here. The girls are not super outgoing but they are not cliquey. Pretty good rush. Laid back.

Adpi- lots of friendly and outgoing girls. They are overall fun and have a lot of girls who party and a lot who do not. They have a great rush (best song) and a very good sisterhood.

Alpha Chi- this is a very strong chapter with girls you would classify as “good girls” overall. They are friendly, involved and smart. Kind of “miss best all around” types. They have a great rush but it’s also more relaxed than some.

Alpha Gam- this is a very strong chapter with some great girls from all over. The problem here is that 1/2 are great and the other half are unfriendly with questionable reputations . Great rush- make you feel very wanted. Smart and involved.

Chi O- strong chapter with lots of tomboys but also some pageant girls. They have great involvement and grades. Their sisterhood is questionable bc of hometown cliques. Chi Os like to party. They make you feel great in rush.

Tri Delt- great rushers with a great philanthropy. Lots of cute girls from all over. Like to party and there are cliques. Tri Delts are involved and have good grades generally. Very good chapter! Many would be “most popular” in high school but def not all.

KD- very well-known chapter that draws girls from the same hometowns but does have out of state presence too. Many cliques exist and they love to party. Only good in rush to those they want, others are “fillers.” KD does not participate as a group in Greek week or derby days so know that if you pledge.

Kappa- lots of Mobile and Bham, but not so cliquey! They put on a great rush. Love to party but also try to do well academically. They are the nemesis of KD.

Phi Mu- very interested in outward appearance but there are some super sweet girls here too. Very pretty house on the outside. Phi mus have a pretty good rush though they can be pushy.
