what does it mean that pledge classes are full?

by:

I've been hearing about fraternity pledge classes being full or they have only an x number of spaces

Do they have a quota, or a fixed number that they have to pledge every year? I thought this was only for sororities.

Pledge classes are usually around 30-35, with 45 or 50 being the highest. A lot of them have their pledge classes done; YOU NEED TO GET THE BALL ROLLING

I assume you are talking about fraternities since sorority rush has already started. Some houses have already given out most most of those bids, therefore the already have a full pledge class. The above post is correct about the numbers, but it does vary from number to number for each house. My advice, if you are interested in rushing you need to email and call the rush chair of each house ASAP. Hope this helps!
