flaws with return rates

The post on return rates is not all that all that accurate.

Very few people truly know return rates for other houses.

Return rates are historical and don’t account for sophomores who are recruiting for the first time.

Don’t forget the power of “tent talk”.

My Rho Chi Group was very close, maybe unusually so, but we all discussed are likes and dislikes about every house. This absolutely played a part in shifting returns somewhat.

From year to year return rates do fluctuate. The post about ranking houses on historical returns is somewhat misleading. It’s just best to go into recruitment with an open mind.
