the level of insecurity

It amazes me the level of insecurity or delusion that people have. I have to laugh every time I see a post from a PNM asking about how good a certain house is or who is top-tier. Do you honestly believe that by becoming a member of a certain house that you will become cool and liked? Or are you that delusional of how you perceive yourself that you are only deserving of a top tier house?
This of course also holds true for already members trying to justify their own self worth by perpetuating a tier structure to make themselves look good.
Once you leave your little bubbles and deal with the real world no one cares if your house was top tier or not, no one is going to fall all over themselves worshiping the ground you work on because of what house you were in. In fact you will probably join the list of thousands of girls who leave the university with very little friends because of the chip they had on their shoulders that they were better than everyone else.

And yet, ignorant PNMs will drop out this year like every year, even though they have several great houses left. Why? Because greek rank says they're not good houses. If they only pulled their heads out enough to listen to the truth that all the houses are good and they're all going to give you a great sorority experience and life long friends.
