A friend shared pics of Theta's house today. So many beautiful rooms! Liked all the built in Theta kite references. Well done Theta, happy for you all.

The house is gorgeous, but I’m a little surprised by the furnishings, especially all the blue furniture. I was expecting more of a glamorous SMU Theta vibe. It certainly won’t matter to the PNMs just thought they’d have gone in a different direction.

The Theta house looks great. I am sure they will now be a little more competitive but a chapter house is not that big of a difference maker. Perfectly fine sorority with or without a new chapter house.

It’s no larger than any of the others. I believe either tri delt or gphi are the biggest, after those two were built the university capped the house sizes at 40,000 sq ft because they knew other houses would try to one up them.
