how do you know if a sorority is interested in you? like do the rush chairs for some houses following me on insta mean anything?

They follow everybody. Doesn't mean a thing.
They're ALL interested in you, at least at first.
And most of them will have to release you at some point. You WANT them to. Makes it easier for you to select your top picks.
