nursing school

I know this website focuses on greek life at Alabama but I want to know about the nursing school here. If anyone that is reading this has been accepted into the nursing school if you could tell me your GPA when accepted that would help me out tremendously! Also for nursing girls in sororities, how hard is it to balance social life with academics? Thanks so much!

Hi! I am currently an upcoming sophomore so I have not been able to apply to the nursing school yet, but as i am in a sorority i can answer part of your question. I am not going to lie to you. First semester was rough. With being a pledge and taking chemistry its all a lot. the nursing classes are hard and most people switch majors. 2nd semester is way easier when you get your head on straight. If you really want it you can do it, but if all you care about is your sorority and going out you will fail. Surround yourself with people who are dead set on nursing so you can help each other and make it through.
