oos fraternity rush

Just got back from Bama Bound and only met a few fraternities while I was there. How hard will it be to get a bid from a fraternity I didn't meet with at Bama Bound if I don't think I can make it down to campus again before move in day? AKA would it be possible to get a bid from a fraternity if I am only meeting them for the first time like a week or two before rush begins or will I be completely screwed?

Talk to the rush chairman on the phone if possible. Text, communicate, and ask him. Don't be shy.

Reach out to the chapter via social media if you would like to get in contact with other chapters. Also GOBD and the IFC tabling sessions will help.

It will be hard to get a bid, as many of the fraternities fill their pledge classes in the summer.

However, definitely reach out to the rush contact of any and all houses you are interested in, they may send you some opportunities to meet with them early on during the move in period.

Go to their national web site submit an interest request as well.
