That’s not how a tier lists works. Tier lists aren’t ranked like that, they have columns.
S tier
A tier
B tier
C
D
F, and you cane have multiple in each tier.

Great list. Those houses definitely know how to have fun, cut loose and don't take themselves too seriously like some of Old Row.
