DTD has better band parties than ZBT, also ZBT has no big parties. I went to purple passion and it was a great time

Y’all are Clueless. Chi phi literally has 60 members including pledges.... chi phi and phi Sig are definitely the lowest

DX, KE and DTD party hardest out of those. They party harder than most of University as well.

Kappa Sig, DTD, Sigma Pi and Phi Sig are all trending up in regards to membership and GPA while Delta Chi, Lambda Chi, Chi Phi and AKL are are trending down with AKL and Chi Phi really struggling. But the Jefferson houses for the most part are becoming stronger and are attracting a lot of solid oos guys who want a more relaxed fraternity experience
