All houses are going to have a measure of sisterhood, competitiveness, drama, close friendships, and cliques.

And would agree it’s impossible to know the proportion’s unless you are part of the house, and even at that different girls within the house will describe it differently depending on their personal experience.

The best way to guarantee your happiness is to search for the place where you can find girls most like you and your background and your likes.

The low key Christian southern house with a reputation for a good sisterhood, is likely going to be a miserable place for a high style party girl from California, despite its reputation for being notably friendly and vice versa.

And just because you don’t like the girls in house XYZ, doesn’t mean they don’t like each other and aren’t having a good time

While your post is a nice attempt at making a point, I can tell you that I am in what you might consider a Southern Christian house and my best friend in my pledge class is actually a party girl from Cali and she loves our sorority.

Pledge wherever the hell you want because all houses have a mix of everything.

This.The houses are big enough you can find a fit in any house if you participate and try. No matter what reputation a house has or what house you get, all have partiers, all promote academics, all have OOS, all ate diverse.
