All are but some have more power than others. You can tell by which ones hold the highest positions in SGA, Panhellenic, etc.

New row gets a homecoming queen like every five or six years, SGA is a little more even. Which new row house is in favor usually just depends on what new row reps are most popular/liked at the time.

Wtf. The Machine is a terrible representation of our Greek community. This group tells us what to do and we all fall in line because we are afraid of retaliation. sororitys should leave the machine.

It is all about collecting chits, you do one house a favor you collect chit for future use. You collect enough then you leverage them to have a candidate from your house backed for an election.
