theta house completion?

Will the new Theta house be done for recruitment? Hard to find any progress pics online, curious where they are at in the project!

We drove after Bama Bound and they were planting flowers. The house looked done. Isn't landscaping one of the last things they do?

Ok. So I just arrived back to town and I am impressed with the Theta house. It looks much better than the photo board and it just seems so much bigger than the rest of our houses. I think it is because of the location with no neighbor on one side. I ended up driving around it because I just couldn't get over how nice it is. The back seems as nice/nicer than the front. I am curious about the inside now. Just wanted to give some props and wish them luck in their new house.

Their huge house is a def a throw down statement that they are going to be working hard to fill it up. Good for them.
