ato and sigep cheating

They will not initiate their pledges unless they have a certain GPA unlike other fraternities who put every member on their grade report. Only half of their members are in their grade report

I think what they're trying to say is that they have to maintain a certain minimum GPA to stay active.

Kinda hard to cheat on President's and Dean's Lists, and they're always tops on those also.

They only are counting the pledges that have a certain gpa. The pledge class is about a third of the fraternity on average. While every other fraternity on campus counts all of their members

They're not pledges at the end of the semester when grades are ranked. SigEp had 42 pledges initiated in the Fall, and 9 initiated in the Spring. That's about what they take each year. All their grades were reported and counted as new members.
There is a possibility, however, that some members were forced to go inactive by failing to meet the GPA requirement. That's not "cheating".

It is cheating because they do not count every member on their grade report like the rest of fraternities at this university
