Because so many girls are OOS now, they have heard what it's like in the super southern houses (and the reports are not that good). If XO would take a few more OOS girls I think they'd go up in rank, but no one not from small town Alabama wants a house where she'll be looked down on because she comes from Dallas or NYC.

PM is a good house but they are very made up and pageanty. This is a turn off to enough girls to put them in second highest.

I think that the people who run Greek rank must have some connection to phi mu. They love it so much and put it in all their national rankings. But that is not the actual vibe on campus.

AGD is not in the same class as the other old row on return rates. ZTA is not even with AGD on return rates. The information in the OP is not accurate and looks like a typical personal ranking (with a bias) clothed in a claim that it is based on "return" rates to give it some sort of credibility. DON'T BUY IT.

Not true. If anything, the super southern houses like AGD and XO have the opposite problem. They have a hard time getting girls who aren’t super southern interested, and they can’t fill their pledge classes with enough top super southern pnms. So they end up with fillers. XO is in a little better position because it is such a huge national sorority that is has a ton of legacies from all,over, not just Bama. But the southern small town Alabama (and for xo Mississippi) vibe holds them back from being at the very top.
