best “all around” houses

I know y’all hardcore AXO and PM girls will argue me to the death, but hands down the best all-around (as in not just good grades or prettiest or most involved or family money) but best ALL AROUND are definitely KKG, DDD and XO. Those are the nicest and most chill Old Row.

For New Row it’s Pi Phi and ADPi and then DG.

Genuinely curious how kappa is well-rounded. I preffed them (last year to have 3 prefs) bc i love their energy and think kappa is a top house, but they are a party house and not really known for grades or involvement/much besides being a MB/mobile/Montgomery stronghold.
