How much has changed over the years, the divide use to be Old Row versus New Row now it has shifted dramatically to University Blvd vs Jefferson Rd in perception of Fraternities. Why I state that Old Row versus New Row is different than University vs Jefferson is there has always been non-Old Row houses on University.
It seems now that all the Fraternities on University with the new big mega-mansion houses are considered stronger compared to their small house brethren on Jefferson. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out over next 5 or 10 years, will it result in some longer established Jefferson houses folding or at least dwindling in chapter size? \n\n\n\n\n

Good post. And it will be very interesting to see this unfold. DX, KE, LXA, DTD, ZBT have each been historically strong. Much more so than houses like Phi Psi, Beta, Sig Ep and even ATO.
