Zeta is no better than Pi Phi and definitely not better than Old Row.

So who’s overranking is the most desperate?

Definitely Zeta.

DDD actually has relatively strong retention rates. Zeta can't hold onto girls to save their life and their sisterhood is crap if you aren't in the "cool" clique.
