sophomore rushing

I plan on rushing this fall as a sophomore with a 3.5, I was wondering how open my options were if and if houses are willing to take a sophomore

Your options are wide open. There is a separate upperclassmen quota so you won't have to compete with freshmen for spots.

They got rid of the upperclassmen quota last year

No, not permanently; it was only for last year to help SK establish their colony. SK will participate in formal recruitment now and upperclassmen quota is back as usual.
