new theta house

Have y’all seen how beautiful the new theta house is? It looks great from the outside! Excited for the PNM’s to be able to see almost all of the houses finished!

I think they are going to need that big house. Since they recruited out of the stadium last year, I was surprised to see their spring numbers were larger than six other houses. Middle tier grades and middle tier size, I'm thinking they look more middle tier than bottom tier. Could be a very good year for them with the new house.
