RUDE and not true. There are northerners in your Southern houses. There are extremely unfriendly people in your trendy houses. Some of the friendliest, trendy and most amazing girls are in your last two groups.

No one said anything about friendliness, I agree with the OP. Obviously with 400 girls in every house this isn’t 100% true but the overwhelming majority of people in those houses follow those
