top tier fraternities new row

I am out of state and from what I heard i should look mostly at new row. What are the best fraternities on new row

There are no "best fraternities" on new row. But OX is good.

Everyone puts Pike and Pi Kapp with the other 3, probably a DX or SX self ranker here.

DX has been good for like two years, and SX has been fairly generic and mediocre, neither have any more claim than Pi Kapp or Pike right now to be considered top of new row.

"Top tier" and "new row" are antithetical. But like poster #1, Theta Chi is probably #3 to #6--somewhere in there.

of the top five new row houses is pretty competitive with any old row house except DKE and maybe SAE, so unless you consider those to be the only two top tier houses, there is nothing antithetical about new row and top tier.
