RIF is what some sororities call the rec form the alumnae fill out; in other words the strength of your Rec. Zip code refers to if you are from an area that connects you to girls in the chapter directly/indirectly.

There are some certain sororities who value looks over other qualities, but going beyond looks, personality, the way you carry yourself, involvement, GPA, and reputation are the biggest factors that sorority girls look for in a PNM.
