sometimes I see posts/comments about sororities (mainly OR) where the alumni decide who gets into the sorority instead of the girls. Im asking which sororities do this/// what do the ladies look for?

They all do this to an extent. New row and Old. They look for family prestige and reputation, money, connections, etc.
