So there’s certain houses that are ALWAYS up for debate on which tier they belong in. The 100% ranks are:
TOP: PM, AXO, KKG, DDD, KD
MID: DG, PBP, ZTA, APHI
LOW: DZ, AOII, SK, KAT
The left out houses are XO, AGD, APHI, GPHI, ADPi. That is because these are “floater houses”. Depending on who you hang out with and where you’re from, you see these houses differently. Everyone can agree on the ranks above, but not on these houses. Some put XO, AGD, ADPi in top, some put them in mid. Some put Gphi in mid, some put them low. It literally all depends on who you are.

That’s my take ^^^.
The people that like to drop down XO and AGD (and usually KD too) are from far OOS and don’t like that those houses have more girls from the south. I think that’s a ridiculous way to judge houses because it should be about the quality of the girls and not where they’re from. XO and AGD have top three grades and are very involved on campus.
People who say APHI should be bottom tier are jealous because they are relatively new to campus and have done amazingly well in a short time. Yes they’ve hit some bumps along the way, but they’re still a really good house deserving of a middle tier ranking. Same with GPHI. They’re newer (relatively speaking) and people can’t accept that they were able to jump AOPi, DZ and Theta in the rankings. They recruit well and they’re solid middle tier now.
ADPi is solid middle tier. I don’t think anyone is arguing that they should be higher or lower. \n\n\n\n\n

Zeta is nice and all but trust me they are no better than the other houses in mid tier
