No Old Row houses honestly. Their maturity peaks in college and being Old Row doesn't hold much weight into your 20s, 30s and beyond.

If you’re from the South, you’ll want an Old Row guy or top of New Row. Everyone on this site that criticizes Old Row is either from NJ or CA and is jealous they got cut from Old Row. This goes for fraternities and sororities.

Out of state dislikes Old Row, because they don't fit the mold of what a frat guy or a sorority girl from NJ or CA is. Old row frats are full of chubby balding country guys and old row sororitys are full of christian girls who may or may not be crazy in parties

Don't assume a guy is marriage material based on his house-that's how you get more Becky's with the alcohol problem, two kids, and a fresh divorce in the world. Ain't no house got a magic ball that can tell them what kind of person a guy will be when he's 18. And if you mean money-wise, you're taking a gambling dating an undergraduate.

Go marry a blue-collar worker if you want a stable life. If not, calm it

What a loaded question.

You want a stable, good loving marriage? Try this.

Marry someone who has a similar background. As in:

Church, finances, social, looks, ethics, morals, etc.
Make certain they believe in God and the sanctity of human life. (A real clue is to see how they treat pets and animals-avoid anyone who is cruel).

Is the person kind, respectful and courteous to elders? Do they have good manners? Are they early risers or lazy? Do they help out in a pinch or avoid hard work?

ALL COMMON SENSE QUESTIONS.

Ergo; the boy of your dreams could be in any fraternity-or none at all.

The fraternity someone’s in does not really determine the answer to that question. There’s so many different guys in each so it really depends on the person.
