if ur a legacy when you go through rush will the sorority already know that ur one or should i bring it up?

The sorority member needs to let the chapter know. Some sororities have a separate legacy form in addition to the recommendation form. Other sororities ask for legacy info on the rec form.

If you put your legacy sorority on your form, that sorority will see it but no other one will.
So YES, do put down your legacy sorority and get a rec or introduction form or whatever you have to have for that sorority. They will not know in advance if you don't let them know. There's no national list or anything - you have to tell them.
