Theta chis probably a little better in every category. But for comparison sake, Pike would be better if compared with most other new row houses expect a few. Both are at the top of new row. can't go wrong with either

Theta Chi probably takes the nod as a little stronger house. Both Pike and Theta Chi party pretty well. Women would rate Theta Chi a tad higher also. OX has a better brotherhood. Both houses have all types but OX a few more pretty boys, Pike more athletic. Personally, I like the Pikes better than OX. Both reps on campus would be similar, good new row. OX is the # 4 or 5 house on campus in my book. Pike, # 6 or 7.
