I am an upperclassman transferring in the fall and am planning on rushing. Will my GPA be looked at the same way as if I were coming from high school? If im under a 3.0 will it matter at all what school im coming from at all?

If you're a transfer student then the sororities will look at your college GPA, not high school.

I think she means will her college gpa have more weight than some other girl's high school gpa. For instance, if a high schooler has a 2.9 and she has a 2.9, whose gpa is better? Everyone knows a gpa from college is worth more than some flimsy gpa in high school. I think it really depends on which college you're coming from. If you're coming from Harvard, a 2.9 could be a 3.9 here (that's speculation). If it's from a community college or another public sec school, they might take it as you made a 2.9, that's what you'll make here as well if not worse than that.
