The New Row houses are...EX DX OX KE ATO LXA PiKapp Pike Beta DTD ZBT
There are 4 New Row houses on Jefferson....KE, DX, DTD and ZBT. Don't let anyone tell you differently,...they do Not know the history of UA if you're told differently.
Likewise, there are houses on university that are Not considered New Row or Old Row....Phi Kappa Psi being one of them. Sig Ep was never consider New Row either. There may be one or 2 others.

^Thats wrong. Yes, those houses are new row, however, they are looked at as “old row” because they are University frats. There are technically only 6 old row frats, but there are 14 frats on University that are looked at as “prestigious”. Those frats are:
ΣΝ, ΦΓΔ, ΒΘΠ, ΔΚΕ, ΣΑΕ, ΚΑ, ΑΤΩ, ΦΚΨ, ΣΦΕ, ΠΚΑ, ΦΔΘ, ΣΧ, ΘΧ, ΠΚΦ
The actual “old row” frats, however, are:
ΣΝ, ΦΓΔ, ΔΚΕ, ΣΑΕ, ΚΑ, ΦΔΘ
To answer the OP, every house on University thats NOT old row is looked at as a “top new row” house, and I would also throw in ΔΧ even though they’re not on University.
