Never really done anything, and definitely done nothing in the past 100 years, but they act like they are important.

a tossup, Pi Kapp is arguably better at the moment. I've heard iffy things about Phi Gam lately.

Pi Kapp and Phi Gam are both top 10 houses. To the mad Phi Gam troll, if Pi Kapp is irrelevant, so are you guys. Beyond that, I didn't see anyone self-promoting for Pi Kapp, but I did see a very angry Phi Gam throwing a tantrum.

is about the #5 or #6 fraternity at UA. Pi Kapp is about # 10. There you go.

I'd put Phi Gam about 10. If you ignore all the history, and just look at them currently, they've been pretty marginal for quite a while.
