DG is small and there’s nothing special about Zeta. It looks like Kappa with balconies. I’d say Phi Mu lives up to its hype, GPhi is impressive

Theta’s new house will have the most square footage on the row once it’s finished. Currently I think aopi has the prettiest house inside. Personally I think DG’s house is dated and tacky or at least it was set up tacky for rush

Theta’s house will be pretty but it’s definitely around 40,000 sq ft like most of the other houses. Alpha gam is 35,000 and I believe tri delt and gphi are closer to 45,000.
