Most rec writers will do it online. Most. There are some that will get the form from their newsletters and write it like it’s still 1994. Either way will work. But, both ways require the PNM to make a packet for their rec writer. That should include a cover letter stating why you want to join a sorority, a 4x6 picture of you, your resume, and a thank you note. You should also include a large envelope (pre-addressed to the recruitment chair and house address for that sorority at Alabama) and with proper postage on it for 3-4 pages of paper. Be prepared if your rec writer asks for a pdf of your picture to download on an online form.
