How likely is a girl from california to get into a sorority in the fall as a sophomore with no recommendations/legacy?

Girls from California and the west coast seem drawn to Phi Mu mostly for old row and ZTA for new row, but if they are super sporty or academic, they might be drawn to DG, which has had been on a pretty good run here lately. That said, it is super hard to generalize about where girls from a region go and probably as many California girls go to houses not identified in this response than houses that are identified. I think it is safe to say that the three identified do seem to be in the mix and land more California girls than others.

Girls from all over veg bids to many different sororities however you REALLY need to get recs in order. You won’t be kept in rush long if you don’t have recs.
