Do guys at BAMA care what sorority your in? Like if a boy is in a "top frat" will he not date girls in "lower" sororities? Like for example if a girl is good looking but is in theta, APhi, or DG will a DKE, KA, or Pike not date them?

In most fraternities you will find guys have girlfriends from all different sororities. Maybe as a freshmen guys/girls might get caught up in all the different stereotypes of top tier/bottom tier but once you become an upperclassmen no one really gives a crap about any of that. If they do, well they're in trouble...
