This is the most accurate I've seen! It will be interesting to see shifts depending on this fall.

Aphi is not in the same category as pi phi adpi and zeta.

Swap APhi (trending down) and GPhi (trending up).

Swap AOPi and DZ. Both are trending up with their new houses, but AOPi has better grades and involvement.

Put SK by itself at the bottom. Until they get a new house, they won't be fully competitive with the others.

Zeta has had some off years in the past where they've got really hot girls but some meh ones, but this year was honestly pretty iconic. I would have put them very top if just for their looks and "prestige" but at this school it's almost impossible to be top based on looks only.

AGD and Pi Phi have disappointed and are pretty boring and ADPi improved massively this year, it's really freaky. Enough for them to level out imo.

APhi was totally gutted last year. I don't see how they can even be middle tier anymore. They're a work in progress but can go back to being upper-mid if they recruit the same kinds of girls as before. Time will tell if their "type" of girls get recruited to ADPi and GPhi and stay there.

No this year Zeta got tons of girls with bad reps and grades and a lot of not as cute girls. Last year they had way more beautiful girls (although how many dropped?) It wasn’t a particularly bad pc but it wasn’t a standout pc either.

This is pretty good but as irrelevant as Alpha Gam has become socially, and even though they are probably at or near the bottom of old row, they are still a full notch above any new row house. I am sorry to say this because I am an out of state senior in a new row house (considered middle of the pack) but facts is facts as they say. We all have to just call it and be honest for those that are reading this stuff (which I assume to be high school seniors). My house and most new row houses have all the same stuff as the old row houses, but the quality level and consistency is just not on the same level. I would not trade my house or my experience for an old row house, but again playing the odds the safer play is to go old row if you get a bid.

I love what AOTT is doing at Alabama and the new house is amazing!

I think their pc 18 was super average, and Phi Mu’s was a step down even from pc 16, obviously I didn’t expect them to repeat 17. I’m in an OR house so we generally recruit different girls than Zeta, so I’m probably not going to think they have a lot of “stars.” They take a lot of OOR girls I know we’ll discuss as having QRs. I can think of maybe 3 girls we wanted that they got last year with that stellar pc and only 1 this year out of hundreds of tops. They’re top of NR, easy, but unless an OOR girl wants to have an easy path to in house exec, I think it’s dumb to say they can’t feel comfortable in an OR house. (And in some OR houses they do get on exec so.....)
