You are not above any of the houses here. Even if you think you won’t be a good fit, give every house a chance during recruitment. Feel fortunate you’re getting followed because some PNMs don’t have anyone following them.

trust me she probably just wants the followers lol, just because an active follows you doesn't mean that you're on their top girls list or anything.

definitely make sure to give all the houses a chance. if it doesn’t feel right during actual rush, then it’s okay to not see yourself in that house. before rush i recommend to not cross off any certain houses. you never know who’s going to surprise you!

Going into recruitment most girls pick the houses they think are the top ranked houses and decide that they're going to be in one of those houses. The ones who end up burned are the ones that are rude to the other houses. By far most girls are dropped from the top houses because each one only has room for one new class. The smart girls show interest in every house and don't see themselves as above any house. I was a sigma rho chi and one of the girls who didn't listen thought she was too good for certain houses at the beginning of the week and was devastated when she was dropped by most of those houses before pref. She had only one house and left that was willing to take a chance on her and she turned them down. I've kept up with her and she thinks she will try again next year. Most houses I know about won't take a chance on her next year either because of the things she said this year. So, be careful and keep an open mind.
